A recycling-equipment grant and an item listed as an “ISWA price increase” are on the agenda for the Franklin County Solid Waste Management Board’s Monday, November 9, meeting.
The board will meet at 4 p.m. at the Solid Waste Management Office, according to the county’s posted notice. The county calendar identifies the board room as the meeting location.
Members also are scheduled to elect a new chairman and receive reports covering monthly recycling activity, fiscal-year comparisons, tires and finances.
The published agenda does not specify the grant amount, identify equipment to be purchased or explain the size or effect of the price increase. It does not announce a change in residents’ fees.
The items are scheduled for consideration; the notice does not establish that the board has approved them.
