The Franklin County Rising Stars Series recognizes students who exemplify Discipline, Respect, and Accountability in our schools and community.
Each month, outstanding students from across Franklin County Schools will be recognized for demonstrating academic excellence, strong character, leadership, and a positive impact both inside and outside the classroom.
The Rising Stars Series is proudly presented by ESPN Radio Winchester and 931GO.com in partnership with local business sponsors who believe in supporting and celebrating the next generation of leaders in our community.
About The Program
The Franklin County Rising Stars Series was created to shine a spotlight on students who consistently set the standard in our schools and community.
Students may be nominated by:
- Teachers
- Coaches
- Administrators
- Parents
- Fellow Students
- Community Members
Nominees should demonstrate:
- Strong character
- Leadership
- Academic effort
- Positive behavior
- Community involvement
- Respect for others
- Accountability and responsibility
One boy and one girl from each participating school may be selected each month for recognition.
