After a two-hour road trip into one of Middle Tennessee’s most decorated gyms, the Franklin County Rebelettes delivered a statement win Friday night, defeating top-seeded Creek Wood 59-47 in the Region 6AAA quarterfinals. The Franklin County Rebelettes opened the 2026 season in dominant fashion Monday night, overwhelming Cannon County 22-1 at home. Behind an eight-run first inning, 13 total hits, and a combined nine strikeouts in the circle from Bella Smith and Victoria Nelson, the Rebelettes showcased the depth and young talent that has Coach Kelly Kennedy’s program trending upward early this spring.
