Kelly Lynn Williams, age 43 of Winchester, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Highpoint Health Medical Center. She was born in Tullahoma on May 20, 1983. A devoted homemaker, Kelly had formerly been employed as a pharmacy technician as well as a receptionist at the Eye Care Center. She loved being outdoors, whether it was working in the garden, riding horses, or being in the water. She also enjoyed hunting and fishing. Kelly was full of life, always happy and smiling. A wonderful wife, she took care of everyone and was always thinking of others. She was a member of Greenhaw Baptist Church. Kelly is survived by her loving husband of fourteen years, Jordan Williams; father, Ricky (Ann) Payne; mother, Ramona Payne; siblings, Jamie (Brandon) Hall and Lebron (Kaley) Shetters; nieces and nephews, Alex Manus, Ronnie (Alex) Manus, Abigail (Chance) Earls, and Kylee Shetters; special nieces, Jaslynn Matthews and Millie Jo Matthews; and brother-in-law, Teddy (Shannon) Williams. Visitation will be from 12-2pm on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Bro.
