Phyllis Ann Crouch of Manchester, Tennessee passed from this life on
Sunday, August 2, 2026, at her residence in Manchester at the age of 68
years.
A native of West Memphis, Arkansas she is the daughter of the late
Clinton and Leona Good Adams. Along with her parents, she is
preceded in death by her brother, Ivory Adams, and sisters, Paulette
Adams, Peachie Johnson and Peggy Cordell.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 11:30
Am at Shady Grove Cemetery in Morrison, Tennessee with Clinton
“Rooster” Boles officiating. Friends may visit with the family at the
funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
Her survivors include her husband of 12 years, Jerry Lee Crouch of
Manchester, Tennessee, daughter, Amy Howie of Oklahoma, sisters,
Pam Nelson, Priscille Clark and Penny West all of Arkansas,
grandchildren, Kadin (Steven) Benefield, McKenzie (Collier) Harrison
and Carol Howie. She is also survived by two great grandchildren,
Abalene Benefield and Aspyn Benefield.
