Teresa B. Roberts, age 69 of Winchester, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at NHC of Tullahoma. Born in Huntland to the late Forrest and Maggie Hall, Teresa was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Winchester and retired from Walmart after twenty-seven years of service. She was known for her outgoing personality, love of bright colors, baking, cooking, traveling and spending time with family. She was preceded in death by her husband, James “Mike” Roberts, and sisters Judy Keller and Barbara Roland. Survivors include her children, Natalie (Josh) Hoepker, Tracey Roberts and Heath Roberts; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother, Roger (Debbie) Hall; and extended family and friends. Funeral services were held September 16 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home, followed by interment at Maxwell Cemetery.
