It is with deep sorrow and lasting love that we announce the passing of Staci Ann Panter Ramsey, age 47, at her home in Estill Springs on May 26, 2026. Staci was a bright soul whose kindness, humor, and compassion touched many lives. She had a way of making people feel seen and valued and those closest to her will remember her beautiful smile, her resilient spirit, and the love she carried for her family and friends.
Staci faced difficult challenges in her life, but in recent years she worked courageously to rebuild her life with determination and hope. She was taking meaningful steps toward healing, reconnecting with loved ones, and creating a brighter future for herself. Her strength throughout that journey inspired those who knew, loved, and cheered for her each step of her journey.
Above all else, Staci loved deeply. She cherished time with family, treasured loyal friendships, and found joy in simple moments — conversations, music, laughter, and dreams for the future. Though her time here was far too short, the impact she made on the hearts around her will not be forgotten.
She is survived by her mother, Julia Olson and father, John Panter (Marjorie); sister April Panter; brother Nicholas Panter (Jessica); niece Sydney Panter; aunts and uncles, Janet and Frankie Hill; grandmother, Janis Latimer; and dear friends Ian Curry, Brandt Hill, and Charlie Cobb. She treasured close relationships with many of her cousins and other relatives who will carry her memory forward gently and with love.
