Randy Michael Farris, age 73, was called home to Heaven on August 30, 2026. He was born in Columbia, Tennessee, to the late Kenneth McLain Farris and Wanda Howell Farris. Randy was remembered by his family for his faith, his work, and the love and memories he shared with those around him. He is survived by his wife, Jan Dodd Farris; children, Byran Farris (Rachel), Justin Farris, Chad Smith (Supakanya), Tara Scharber (Scotty), Erritt Smith and Evinn Smith (Dottie); grandchildren, Chaney Farris, Cole Farris, Blake Perry (Channing), Resa Smith, Baylee Ingle and Cade Ingle; great-grandchildren, Pierson and Parker Perry and Weston Ingle; brothers, Barry (Martha), Ronnie (Susan), David (AnneMarie) and Kevin (Jodie) Farris; and extended family and friends. Visitation and funeral services were held September 4, 2026, at Winchester Church of Christ, with interment at Franklin Memorial Gardens.
