John Joseph Gernat of Tullahoma, Tennessee passed from this life on Friday, June 5, 2026, at his residence, at the age of 64 years.
A native of Tullahoma, Tennessee, he was born on December 20, 1961, to the late Joseph Frank and Dorothy Katherine Gernat.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 27th, 2026. at Saint Paul’s Catholic Church in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Visitation will begin at 10a.m. and Mass at 11a.m.
Entombment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Tullahoma, TN.

His survivors include his little sister Linda Gernat, a niece Saralyn Hirschi (Cameron), a nephew Andrew Saalman, and many good friends and neighbors that loved and appreciated him.
