Ida Lee Statler, age 84 of Pelham, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at St. Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro. She was born in Cook County, Illinois, to the late John and Georgiana Statler. A devoted homemaker, Ida loved her children and enjoyed crocheting blankets. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Gibbons, and children Phyllis Gibbons, James Gibbons and Kathleen Phillips. Survivors include her children, Daniel Gibbons and Dorothy Gibbons; brother, Raymond (Karen) Statler; grandchildren, Noralee, Jason, Luke and Taralynn; and extended family and friends. In accordance with her wishes, Ida was cremated and no services were held.
