Ida Lee Evans Parsons of Tullahoma, Tennessee passed from this life on Monday, May 4, 2026, at her residence surrounded by her loving family at the age of 76 years.
A native of Manchester, Tennessee, she is the daughter of the late Albert L. and Margie A Bailey Evans. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Faye Hunt and Brenda Howard.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home in Tullahoma, Tennessee with Pastor Bobby McBee officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Tullahoma. Friends may visit the funeral home on Saturday from 9:00 AM until the time of service.
Ida was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking for others, shopping, riding motorcycles and traveling. She worked at TE Connectivity Manufacturing for approximately 10 years, and she was also a caregiver and CNA at Life Care Center in Tullahoma for approximately 18 years.
Her survivors include her husband, Richard Parsons of Tullahoma, Tennessee, children, Robert L. Ferrell of Tullahoma, Tennessee, Jeffery A. Ferrell of Tullahoma, Tennessee and Alton E (Denise) Ferrell of Bay Minette, Alabama, sister, Tina Marie Sordelet, grandchildren, Timothy Ferrell of Tullahoma, Tennessee, Robert S, Ferrell of Tullahoma, Tennessee, Shannon M (Stephen) Carden of Winchester, Tennessee, Crystal Roberts, of Norfolk, Virginia, Brandon (Stephanie) Ferrell of Winchester, Tennessee, Whitney Ferrell of Winchester, Tennessee, Alaina (Ethan) Rollins of Cowan, Tennessee, Haleigh D. Ferrell of Monteagle, Tennessee, and Jacob Ferrell of Tullahoma, Tennessee. Ida is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
