Franklin County Announces America 250 / TN 250 Celebration and National Day of Prayer Event

Franklin County residents are invited to come together for a special evening of celebration, reflection, and community as the Mayor’s Office hosts the America 250 / TN 250 Celebration and National Day of Prayer on Thursday, May 7, 2026.

The event will take place from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Franklin County Annex, located at the Old High School Football Field, and will feature a variety of activities designed for the entire family.

As part of the evening, the National Day of Prayer will be held at 6:00 PM on the field, providing an opportunity for the community to unite in prayer for the nation, local leaders, and families across Franklin County.

In addition to the ceremony, attendees can enjoy a festive atmosphere with food trucks, BBQ, popcorn, drinks, and a dedicated Kid Zone featuring activities and entertainment for children. The event aims to celebrate both local pride and national heritage.
