James Paul Raabe passed away peacefully surrounded by family on September 5, 2026, at the age of 66. He was remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend whose life centered on faith, family, hard work and service. James proudly served nearly twenty-four years in the United States Air Force, where his career included work with aircraft safety, avionics, navigation systems and B-1 bomber systems. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Raabe; sisters, Christine Douglas and Ruth Hirt (Marvin); children, Jennifer Klos, Michael Klos (Valerie) and Zachary Fannon (Sheleah); grandchildren and extended family. Funeral services were held September 7, 2026, at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home, followed by burial at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Tullahoma.
