Larry Dale Garner, age 70, of Winchester passed away October 14, 2026, at Celebration Way Assisted Living in Shelbyville. He was born to Charles and Melba Garner in Stigler, Oklahoma on September 11, 1956. During his life he worked as an electrician at Arnold Engineering Development Center and for various contractors. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his niece, Tabitha Kolankiewicz. He is survived by his son, Tyler (Jasmine) Garner; brother, Gary (Debbie) Garner; sister, Delinda McDonald; nieces, Lacy Mangione and Hannah McDonald; great-nephew, Nick Kolankiewicz, and Dutch Hobbs; great-niece, Natalie Kolankiewicz.
