Joey Victor Baker of Tullahoma passed from this life on Monday, September 14, 2026, at Life Care Center of Tullahoma at the age of 66. A Tullahoma native, he was the son of the late Edward and Agnes Rutherford Baker. He was also preceded in death by his brothers David Ludlam, Jackie Allen Ludlam and Marion Drew Baker, and sisters Dinah Lynn Baker and Carolina Baker. Joey is survived by his brother, Eddie Delon Baker of Texas; sister, Marianna (Carl) Cantrell of Smyrna; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held September 16 at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home, followed by burial at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
