Tony Joe Frame Sr, age 68 of Estill Springs, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. A native of Franklin County, he was born in Winchester on May 9, 1958, to the late Joe Wiley and Sally (Powers) Frame. Before his retirement, Tony worked as a nurseryman. An avid sportsman, he was a legendary softball player and also excelled at fishing and hunting. He enjoyed watching sports, especially cheering for the Tennessee Volunteers, Tennessee Titans, Atlanta Braves, and Jadon Frame Racing, as well as going to casinos. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Frame and brother, Grady Mayes. Tony is survived by his loving children, Sabrina (Adam) Parks of Winchester and Tony Frame Jr of Estill Springs; siblings, Susan (Anthony) Wildman of Estill Springs, Patty (Mike) Inmon of Estill Springs, Janet (Terry) Wiggs of Estill Springs, Shellie (James) Cavett of Estill Springs, and Chris (Sandra) Frame of Winchester; grandchildren, Brooke Parker, Jordan Parks, and Hunter Frame; great-grandchildren, Josh Frame and Lila Frame; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 10am-2pm on Friday, June 26, 2026, at Watson Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00pm in the Roy B.
