By submitting a listing, you agree to follow the rules below.
1. Listings Must Be Local and Appropriate
Swap ’N Shop is intended for Franklin County, Tennessee and surrounding communities. Listings should be relevant to the local area and appropriate for a general audience.
931Go reserves the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at any time.
2. All Listings Are Subject to Approval
Listings submitted to Swap ’N Shop may be reviewed before appearing publicly on the site. Approval is not guaranteed.
931Go may reject or remove listings that are incomplete, misleading, inappropriate, suspicious, duplicated, outdated, or outside the purpose of the marketplace.
3. Prohibited Listings
The following are not allowed:
Illegal items or services
Drugs, drug paraphernalia, tobacco, vape products, or controlled substances
Adult content or sexually explicit material
Hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory content
Scams, pyramid schemes, misleading offers, or fraudulent listings
Stolen goods or items suspected to be stolen
Unsafe, recalled, or prohibited products
Listings that violate local, state, or federal law
Content that attacks, harasses, or targets private individuals
931Go may remove any listing that raises safety, legal, or community concerns.
4. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings. This includes titles, descriptions, prices, photos, contact information, location, and availability.
931Go does not verify every item, service, seller, buyer, business, or opportunity listed on Swap ’N Shop.
5. Safety Disclaimer
Buy, sell, trade, hire, and meet at your own risk.
931Go is not responsible for transactions, payments, communications, agreements, injuries, damages, losses, or disputes that may result from listings posted on Swap ’N Shop.
Users are encouraged to meet in safe public places, avoid sharing sensitive personal information, and use caution when communicating with people they do not know.
6. No Guarantee of Sale, Response, or Placement
Posting a listing does not guarantee a sale, response, job applicant, customer, event attendance, or any specific result.
931Go does not guarantee where or how often a listing will appear unless a paid promotional agreement has been made separately.
7. Listing Expiration
Listings may expire after a period of 30 days. Users may need to resubmit or update listings if the item, event, job, or announcement is still active.
Outdated listings may be removed.
8. Photos and Content
By submitting photos, logos, graphics, or written content, you confirm that you have the right to use and share that material.
You also give 931Go permission to display that content on 931Go.com and related promotional platforms for the purpose of promoting the listing or the Swap ’N Shop marketplace.
9. Business and Promotional Listings
Businesses may submit appropriate local offers, specials, hiring notices, or service listings. 931Go reserves the right to determine whether a business listing qualifies as a free community listing or requires a paid advertising or promotional package.
10. Account Use
Users are expected to provide accurate account information and use the platform responsibly.
931Go may suspend or remove accounts that post spam, abuse the platform, submit prohibited listings, misrepresent information, or violate these rules.
11. Changes to Rules
931Go may update these rules and terms at any time. Continued use of Swap ’N Shop means you agree to follow the current rules posted on this page.
