Tracy Lynn Garland Moser of Manchester, Tennessee passed from this life on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee at the age of 62 years.
A native of Hillsdale, New Jersey, she is the daughter of the late James Garland and Carole Novak Garland of Manchester, Tennessee who survives her.
The family has chosen cremation, and per her wishes no services are being planned.
Along with her mother, her survivors include her husband of 23 years, John Moser of Manchester, Tennessee, son, Sean Moser of Beersheba Springs, Tennessee, daughters, Alicia (Blake) Dinius, Shelby (Kevin) Christianson of Houston, Texas, and one brother, Michael (Holly) Garland of Hillsboro, Oregon.
