FRANKLIN COUNTY, TN – Valentine’s Day weekend is shaping up to be a busy and festive one across Franklin County, with events planned for sports fans, art lovers, families, and shoppers alike.

Kicking off the celebration is a Pink Out Basketball Game at Franklin County High School on Thursday, Feb. 13, when the Rebels and Rebelettes take on Moore County. Pink Out shirts are available for $20 in sizes S–3XL, with proceeds supporting breast cancer awareness efforts. Fans are encouraged to wear pink and pack the gym for a meaningful night of basketball.

On Friday, Feb. 14, downtown Winchester will be home to two Valentine-themed art events at Abraham Art Gallery, located at 106 N. High Street.
From 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., the gallery will host a Mother/Daughter Valentine’s Paint-Tea Party, offering a cozy, curated painting session paired with a tea party experience.
Later that afternoon, from 4 to 5:30 p.m., couples and friends can enjoy a Valentine Paint & Sip, featuring guided painting along with wine, coffee, or tea in a relaxed gallery setting. Tickets for both events are available at AbrahamGallery.com.

Meanwhile, Cowan will be celebrating Valentine’s Day with its annual Cookie Walk, running from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday.
