Randall Patrick Oakley of Manchester, Tennessee passed from this life at his residence on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at the age of 64 years.
The family has chosen cremation, and no services are being planned.
A native of Charleston, Illinois, he is the son of the late Richard and Patricia Harrell Oakley. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by one son, Silas Oakley and one sister, Brenen Oakley Dukeman.
Randy enjoyed gardening, playing horse shoes and spending time with his friends and family.
His survivors include his wife of ten years, Amanda Brown Oakley, daughter, Shelly (Patrick) Maynard of Lynchburg, Tennessee, brother, Rick Oakley of Knoxville, Tennessee and four grandchildren.
