James Ray Forsythe of Tullahoma, Tennessee passed from this life on Friday, February 20, 2026, at Brookdale Assisted Living in Tullahoma, Tennessee at the age of 87 years.
A native of Farmington, Missouri, he is the son of the late Melvin and Ina Reese Forsythe.
Mr. Forsythe will be sent to Farmington Missouri where he will be laid to rest beside his beloved wife.
