Jackie Henry of Tullahoma, Tennessee passed from this life on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at Vanderbilt Harton Hospital at the age of 75 years. She passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Tullahoma, Tennessee at a later date when she will be laid to rest with her beloved “Joe Joe”. She was born on July 12, 1950, in Franklin County, Virginia to the late Paul Martin and Zula Inez Bradley Martin.
Jackie was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Joseph “Joe” Henry Jr. and he was the love of her life. Joe and Jackie met and fell in love while they were both proudly and honorably serving in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Conflict.
She is also preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Martha Shallenberg and a brother-in-law, Billy Clifton as well as her beloved Miss Kitty.
Jackie leaves behind to cherish her memory, a sister, Bunny Clifton of Bassett, Virginia her two sons, C. J. Henry III (and his best friend, Holly Jeffery) and Brian Henry (Holly). She also has two grandsons, Paul and Jaden Henry and one step-grandson, Avery Smith.
