The Franklin County Board of Education says students will return to class on Thursday, January 29 after weather-related closures earlier this week.
In a message to families, the district announced that all schools and normal operations will resume Thursday and thanked parents and staff for their flexibility over the last several days.
Neighboring districts are already getting back to normal, with Coffee and Moore County Schools returning to session on Wednesday.
Families are encouraged to follow Franklin County Schools’ official communication channels for any additional updates or reminders ahead of Thursday’s return.
