Secretary of State Tre Hargett warned Tennesseans to remain vigilant about potential scams as they consider supporting those impacted by the recent tornados and flooding in parts of the state.

·        Make sure you donation goes directly to the organization

·        Resist pressure to give immediately

·        Ask and get a receipt
