Second Annual Trauma Conference at Motlow

The McSwain Trauma Education Project, in collaboration with Motlow State’s Moore County campus, is pleased to present its second annual trauma conference on May 15, 2025.
This day-long conference provides an ideal opportunity for prehospital and emergency medical providers to learn more about trauma care and become better prepared for the situations they encounter in the workplace.
From 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., participants can hear about the following subjects from our guest speakers:
- Brendan Campbell, MD – Pediatrics
- Grace N. Miller, NRP/EMSI – Rural Transport
- Jaime Wesley, Critical Care Paramedic – Pharm in Trauma and Court Cases
- Sophie Fuller, Critical Care Paramedic – Pharm in Trauma and Court Cases
- Aubrey Lukis, Field Paramedic – Pharm in Trauma and Court Cases
- Kenny Moffitt, AD of EMS Education at Motlow State – Mental Health in Trauma
- Stephen Alderman, Motlow EMS Instructor – Blood Products
- Willow Chavez, Director of Giles County EMS – Triage and Tragedy
- Alex Cavalea, MD – Head Trauma
