Patricia Faye Davis Obituary

PATRICIA FAYE DAVIS of Shelbyville, TN passed this life on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at her residence at the age of 84. A native of Alto, TN, she was the daughter of the late Willis and Nellie Grant Brents Brannan.

Mrs. Davis loved her family dearly and was a very hard worker.  She enjoyed working in her garden and decorating her home. She was a very artistic person.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alton Ray Davis Sr.; daughters, Joy Mozelle Davis and Cynthia Ann Davis; grandson, Matthew Stewart; brothers, Jimmy Wayne Brannan, Gene Brannan and Ernest Brannan and sisters, Ardie Comstock, Thelma Brannan, Jonelle Phillips and Namann Baker.

She is survived by her children, Kaye Hobbs and her husband, Jackie of McMinnville, Debra Stewart of Shelbyville and Ray Davis and his wife, Alice of Decherd; grandchildren, Adam, Amanda and Jessica Hobbs, Kaleb and Ryan Davis, John and LeeAnn May, Blake Finney and Tanner Mallard,; eighteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 PM Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at Grant Funeral Services with burial to follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens. Bro. Jim Thomas will be officiating. The family will recieve friends from 12 PM until the service time.
