James Joseph Coffelt of Manchester, Tennessee passed from this life on Wednesday. January 15, 2025, at Manchester Healthcare Center in Manchester, Tennessee at the age of 83 years.
A native of Chicago, Illinois, he is the son of the late Ralph and Laura Jones Coffelt. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Ralph Coffelt, sister-in-Law, Joanne Coffelt, sister, Patricia Rivers, brother-in-law, Joe Rivers.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 20, 2024, at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow in Welker Cemetery in Manchester, Tennessee. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Monday, January 20, 2025, from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
Mr. Coffelt was a high school graduate and a member of Forest Mills Church of Christ.
His survivors include sons, James L. (Michelle) Coffelt of Manchester, Tennessee. Chuck (Angel) Coffelt, of Nashville, Tennessee, daughter, Kim Sims of Lebanon, Missouri, brothers, Raymond (Leanne) Coffelt of Chicago, Illinois, Bob Coffelt of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, David Coffelt of Chicago. Illinois, three grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
