Laura Leigh Raney Monroe of Manchester, Tennessee passed from this life on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at her residence surrounded by her family at the age of 55 years.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Garden in Tullahoma, Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday at the funeral home from 11:00 AM until the time of service.

A native of Manchester, Tennessee, she is the daughter of the late James Raymand and Barbara Ann Lard Raney. Laura loved being outdoors, watching the cardinals, her flowers grow, and she also collected yard gnomes. She loved beautiful snow globes and angels. She enjoyed crafting and cooking, especially baking. Laura was caring, kind and giving. She always put others ahead of herself making sure they had what they needed before she worried about her own needs. She loved her family, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and anyone else who might show up at her door. She was a mother to many never turning any family friends away. One of the family favorites was their Christmas wrapping paperwod fights. As silly as it may seem, this was truly something looked forward to and something this family will miss. Her laughter, kindness and gentle spirit will never be forgotten.

Survivors include her children, Jessica Sims, Porscha (Jamie) Moore, and Abigail (Rocky McDaniel) Monroe all of Tullahoma, Tennessee, fiancé, Terry Bennett of Manchester, Tennessee, brothers, Keith (Donna) Raney of Tullahoma, Tennessee, Kevin (Jamie) Raney of Tullahoma, Tennessee, Austin Brown of Winchester, Tennessee, Jeremy Brown and Matthew Brown both of Manchester, Tennessee, sister, Tisha Raney of Nashville, Tennessee, and seven grandchildren.
