Kroger Cleared of Rodent Concerns by Tennessee Department of Agriculture

A social media post over the weekend about possible rodent activity at Kroger in Tullahoma created a lot of comments, but the Tennessee Department of Agriculture gave the store a positive health report. The post videos and photos that allegedly showed mice in the store.

The TDA inspected the store on Friday, January 24, 2025. A department representative reported, “The Kroger on N. Jackson Street was inspected following a citizen complaint. No live rodent activity was observed, and food products were unadulterated.”

Shoppers were surprised on Monday when they found signs on the store's doors indicating that it was closed for remodeling. The pharmacy is only open in the drive-thru.
