Estill Springs Police to Step Up School Zone Enforcement

Recently, the Estill Springs Police Department increased its safety measures in the Rock Creek Elementary school zone.

They’ve warned those who speed in school zones during school hours when the flashers are on. After learning and adjusting to the new community safety expectations, the Estill Springs Police Department will begin issuing citations to those who continue to violate the speed limits in school zones starting November 13.
