In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles K. “Ludie” Ray; daughter, Susie Ray DeBerry by; and brother, Donald “Don” Cornelius. Betty is survived by her loving children Bobbie (Roy “Mackie”) McClain, Brian (Angela) Ray; grandchildren, Amber (Mike) Eldridge, Sloane (Hunter) Watson, and Cayley Ray; great-grandchildren, Harper Watson, and Huntlee Watson; brother, Robert Cornelius; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 11am-1pm on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Keith Cornelius officiating.
