Arby's Coming to Winchester

After months of speculation, whispers, and plenty of local buzz, it’s finally official — Arby’s is coming to Winchester! What started as a steady stream of rumors on local facebook groups has now been confirmed, putting to rest all the “will they or won’t they” debates. The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce made the announcement Tuesday, sharing that Winton Auction & Realty, led by real estate agent Bill Anderton, has closed the deal on a prime parcel of land next to M & J Market and across the street from LOCO/Davis Kessler and Davis Law firm on Dinah Shore Boulevard. No word on when construction on the property is to begin.
